Exhibition Packages:
Wall Rental:
rates: $66.00 per metre (incl GST) per month.
20% commission on sales.
Work on consignment:
Subject to gallery managers approval and available space.
40% commission on sales.
Art Space Event Rental:
rates: $ 150 per day.
Exhibition Space Basic Package:
rates: $600 for two weeks running from Thursday to Thursday.
Includes two weekends.
Catalogue, curating and hanging provided.
Invitation e-mail out and website promotion included.
40% commission on sales.
Exhibition Space Complete Package:
rates: $800 for two weeks including opening drinks and cheese platters, invite mail out,
website promotion, photographer, press release, catalogue, curating and hanging.
40% commission on sales.
20 % deposit is required at time of booking to secure your preferred dates.
Rates and special arrangements may be made subject to negotiation.
Artists Deli Requirements for all Artwork exhibited:
All work needs to be professionally presented and of high quality to comply with our gallery standard.
An Artist statement (around 150 words only please) and CV with your contact details is required to be provided in excel or word format
so we can print it off and have it on display for the duration of the exhibition.
All work needs to be labeled clearly with Artists name, media, dimensions and price on the back of the work.
Suitable D rings should be attached 10 to 12 cm from the top of the work for ease of hanging.
Please provide us with bank account details and your ABN number if applicable as soon as possible.
Please ensure that your work is delivered by 12 pm if possible on the Thursday ready for hanging.
Your input on the hanging will be gladly received and taken into consideration but the final decision on placement will be made by us.
All you need to do is deliver your work and leave the rest up to us.
Opening drinks will generally be on the first Saturday afternoon of the exhibition unless otherwise arranged.
We'll take care of all sales and provide a high standard of personal service from beginning to end.
Your work will be taken down so you can collect it at close of business on the last day of the exhibition. Please ensure all work is collected promptly.
All sales less commission will be processed and directly deposited into your bank account within 30 days from the end of the exhibition.
